Itinerary

Day 1 :
Mumbai - Delhi

Today you will be boarding the train from your city. Over night journey in Train.

Day 2 :
Delhi - Haridwar

Upon arrival will proceed to Haridwar. Reach Haridwar & Chehk in to the hotel. Later we will visit evening aarti at Har Ki Pauri

MEALS: DINNER
NIGHT STAY IN HARIDWAR

Day 3 :
Haridwar - Guptkashi

After breakfast, we will proceed to Guptkashi. On route, we will be enjoying the mesmerizing view along with the Ganga River followed by Devprayag Sangam, Rudraprayag Sangam.

NIGHT STAY IN GUPTKASHI

Day 4 :
Gupkashi - Kedarnath

Today we will be start descending from Kedarnath Temple and then proceed to Rudraprayag. Rest for the day (as you will be tired with the trail).

Day 5 :
Kedarnath - Guptkashi

Today we will be start descending from Kedarnath Temple and then proceed to Rudraprayag. Rest for the day (as you will be tired with the trail).

Day 6 :
Guptkashi - Rishikesh

After Breakfast, we will proceed to Rishikesh. Enroute we will be exploring Teen Dhara - Devprayag

Later you will be dropped to Delhi

Day 7 :
Rishikesh - Delhi

Today we will proceed to Rishikesh en route we will be experiencing River Rafting followed with
Triveni Ghat - You will be a witness to beautiful Ganga Aarti in the evening
Laxman Jhula, Shopping at Rishikesh Market. Later we will proceed to Delhi

Things to Note & Documents Required for Travel

  • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
  • CHILD: Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
  • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
  • ID card, ID card type, and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with Passport, a Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory
  • Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
  • The above rates would vary and won’t be the same on special days such as Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, and New Year.
  • Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the guest, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
  • The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
  • Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
  • Any places which are not mentioned in the Itinerary will not be covered.
  • Payment is to be done only on the given Payment Details on the pdf. We are not responsible if you do the payment on the wrong account.
  • Trip Geography reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e. weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
  • Any changes in any of the things or any services during the tour, the expenses will be borne by the traveler.
  • We are not responsible if the train tickets are not confirmed, You can opt for Tatkal or Premium Tatkal at an additional cost.
  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
  • Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
  • Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
  • If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trip Geography is responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • Guidelines issued by the state government are to be followed. Social distancing is to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.
  • Valid School or College ID is mandatory for those who are studying
  • Children above 5 years of age will be considered adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then the booking amount of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment Terms Policy

  • The Booking Amount is Non-Refundable
  • 50.0% of the total tour cost will have to be paid 30 days before the date of travel
  • 100.0% of the tour cost must be paid on day 1 of a trip or before the travel date.

Note: Tour start if only after the 100.0% tour cost is paid

Had a wonderful time and positive experience with trip geography. The co-ordinators Akash and Ashish were very friendly. These guys customised the trip as per our requirement. This was my first trip out of Maharashtra so I was very excited.. And this trip turned out as an amazing experience for me.. Met new friends, jolly tour coordinators, decent arrangements everything was set properly and it was budget friendly.
