travel-and-earn

Every single day, this is one dm I stumble upon. If I get my trips sponsored, if yes how, if I earn from traveling, the hows, the what’s, the when’s of it so here I am, finally going to clear the air by listing down HOW TO GET PAID TO TRAVEL & SPONSORED TRIPS all the ways (I know of) that will help you to get your trip funded.

1. VOLUNTEER

Be it hostels, homestays, or travel companies, you’ll find yourself finding something that suits you to volunteer and while you’re at it, you can get your trips or stays sponsored. Be it managing their property or planning our trips, there will be an entire palate of options for you to pick on. If you do your job right,
you might also turn this into a full time and get paid to live in exotic locations or explore around.

2. START A SMALL BUSINESS

Be it selling ‘pahadi clothes’, ‘beachy braids’ or homemade decor, souvenirs, paintings, etc you can set up a website and retail the items online, or can start your own in the location of your dreams

3. RUN A CAFE/WORK AT A CAFE

If cooking is your thing, or managing accounts interests you, you can find a job in a cafe, and if you hit the right note(literally) you can also find yourself musical gigs in cafes and fill your pockets.

4. BECOME A TOUR GUIDE/TREK LEAD

If you’ve stayed long enough at a place, put your knowledge about the place to some good use, organize trips, and customized trips, and while you’re traveling and exploring, your bread and butter is accounted for.

5. FREELANCE AS A TRAVELER

There is a whole variety of things you can do as a freelancer. Photography, cinematics, web designing, programming, content writing, digital marketing, social media management, and the list goes on. Just find your niche and get paid to travel.

6. START A BLOG

This requires a little time and patience but once the numbers hit off, there’s no going back. Collaborate with travel companies, and properties, make digital content and your end is met comfortably.
