Day 1 :
Chandigarh - Manali

Pack your bags and buckle up for an epic adventure! We’ll kick off our journey from Chandigarh under the starry skies, making our way to the enchanting town of Manali.

Day 2 :
Manali

Manali Leisure Time Arrive in Manali and unwind amidst the picturesque landscapes. Explore the charming streets, indulge in local delicacies, and breathe in the crisp mountain air. It’s time to relax and recharge for the adventures ahead with Live Music with Lip-smacking Dinner.

Day 3 :
Manali to Sarchu via Keylong and Baralacha La Pass

Early morning departure from Manali. En route, visit Keylong and experience the local culture. Continue the journey to Baralacha La Pass, one of the most scenic passes in the region. Reach Sarchu by evening and stay overnight in camps under the starry sky.

Day 4 :
Sarchu to Leh

Depart from Sarchu after breakfast. Drive towards Leh, crossing picturesque landscapes and high-altitude desert. En route, visit the mesmerizing Suraj Tal and Tanglang La Pass. Arrive in Leh by late afternoon and check into your hotel. Rest and acclimatize to the altitude.

Day 5 :
Leh Sightseeing

Explore Leh town and its ancient monasteries. Visit Shanti Stupa for panoramic views of the Leh Valley.
Let's proceed to Sindhu Darshan near Leh. This confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers holds cultural significance. Enjoy peaceful moments by the riverside and take in the scenic views. Magnetic Hill - This spot is renowned for the optical illusion it creates, where vehicles appear to move uphill against the force of gravity when placed in neutral gear. Explore Leh Palace and its historical significance We will visit the Leh Market for local shopping and cultural experiences.

Day 6 :
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass

Early morning departure for Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Reach Nubra by afternoon and check into Swiss tents. Explore Diskit Monastery and enjoy the surreal landscape of Nubra Valley. You can have a Double Hump Camel ride in the cold desert of Hunder.

Day 7 :
Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

After breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok Valley. Marvel at the changing colors of the Pangong Lake, famously known from the movie "3 Idiots". Overnight stay in camps near Pangong Lake, under the starlit sky.

Day 8 :
Pangong Lake to Leh via Thiksey Monastery

Wake up to the serene beauty of Pangong Lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Thiksey Monastery. Visit Druk White Lotus School, famously known as "Rancho School" from the movie "3 Idiots" Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to the Indian Army's heroic deeds in Ladakh. Witness exhibits, artifacts, and stories of bravery. Explore Thiksey Monastery, known for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. Return to Leh by evening and relax.

Day 9 :
Leh to Sarchu

Depart from Leh towards Sarchu, retracing the scenic route. Enjoy the journey through vast landscapes and high-altitude passes with Games & Activities during the road trip. Arrive in Sarchu by evening and stay overnight.

Day 10 :
Sarchu to Manali

After breakfast, drive back to Manali. En route, visit Suraj Tal and Jispa for stunning views and photography. Reach Manali by late afternoon and check into your hotel. Evening free time for leisure or exploring the locals of Manali.

Day 11 :
Manali to Chandigarh Drop

Depart from Manali after breakfast for Chandigarh. Reach Chandigarh by afternoon, concluding the trip with lots of unbelievable memories. It’s time now to say goodbye to our travel companions. Let’s stay in touch with each other through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram and meet again on yet another memorable tour. See you all!!

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot) Any things that are not in the Inclusion
  • In case of any damage to the riding gears the customer is liable to pay for the damage
  • Any damage to the bike except engine damage must be borne by the client.
  • Any medical or evacuation expenses.

Things to Note & Documents Required for Travel

  • ADULT: Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
  • CHILD: Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
  • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
  • ID card, ID card type, and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with a Passport, a Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory
  • Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will not be included in the package.
  • The above rates would vary and won’t be the same on special days such as Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, and New Year.
  • Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the guest, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
  • The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
  • Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
  • Any places that are not mentioned in the Itinerary will not be covered.
  • Payment is to be done only on the given Payment Details on the pdf. We are not responsible if you make the payment on the wrong account.
  • Trip Geography reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance (i.e., weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and compromising any service.
  • Any changes in any of the things or any services during the tour, the expenses will be borne by the traveler.
  • We are not responsible if the train tickets are not confirmed, You can opt for Tatkal or Premium Tatkal at an additional cost.
  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
  • Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
  • Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
  • If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trip Geography is responsible for such decisions or refunds.
  • Guidelines issued by the state government are to be followed. Social distancing is to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.
  • Valid School or College ID is mandatory for those who are studying
  • Children above 5 years of age will be considered adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then the booking amount of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment Terms Policy

  • The Booking Amount is Non-Refundable
  • 50.0% of the total tour cost will have to be paid 30 days before the date of travel
  • 100.0% of the tour cost must be paid on day 1 of a trip or before the travel date.

Note: Tour start if only after the 100.0% tour cost is paid

Had a wonderful time and positive experience with trip geography. The co-ordinators Akash and Ashish were very friendly. These guys customised the trip as per our requirement. This was my first trip out of Maharashtra so I was very excited.. And this trip turned out as an amazing experience for me.. Met new friends, jolly tour coordinators, decent arrangements everything was set properly and it was budget friendly.
